Marshmallow Blossoms Into A Whimsical Flower When Put Into Hot Drink

‘Tis the season to gorge on hot chocolate. As if that’s not delightful enough,  New York-based pastry chef Dominique Ansel makes the whole experience even more special.  As one of  the most creative pastry chefs in the world, this is just one of his many beautiful creations– the ‘Blossoming hot chocolate‘.

The Blossoming Hot Chocolate was launched in time for their Soho Cafe’s 5th birthday, and it looks totally gorgeous. I’m pretty sure that hot chocolate is lit too, so yeah, this is a total winner.
